is it the tenth already? damn.

earlier tonight i went to some bonfire thing at the beach with jenn. there were some really nice people there. there were also some freaks and a few drunken bastards who would not stop hitting on me.

it was pretty annoying. drunken bastard #1 would come up to me and start babbling about how he thinks i'm so pretty, and how i look so smart (just 'cause i'm wearing glasses? geesh!), and would i like to hang out with him again sometime. dude was clueless... i only mentioned rob and the word `boyfriend` about fifty trillion times. so finally he goes off, and then comes back to bug me thirty minutes later with news that his two friends, drunken bastards #2 and #3, think i'm cute, and if i won't go out with him, will i at least give them a shot? *laughs* dude was dense.

and the other guy... oy, let's not even go there. and he wasn't even drinking, so he didn't have an excuse.

hum, whatever. it was all kind of funny, even tho it did get slightly annoying at times.

but overall, the bonfire was pretty enjoyable. i went to visit the next bonfire over and chatted with those people some, and that was fun.

oh, and i found a stray doggie. i fed him some dog food, but he was super skittish and i couldn't grab hold of him. i really wanted to take him home, and then go back to the beach and put up fliers and whatnot the next day. but... i guess it wasn't meant to be. i'm hoping it's because his owners will be out searching for him and find him later on tonight. *smiles*

so yeah. not too much else goin' on. i'm all showered, feeling silky smooth from head to toe... and i think i'm gunna go relax, and read. maybe watch lord of the rings with rob. and fix myself a pb&j sammich. yes, i'll do that. yummy!
