IT'S SNOWING!!! wooooo!! :oD

it's soooo beautiful outside, i'm ten all over again. hee! two more hours of this, and it's snow angel time. ha! ;op'' right now, the snow is perfect for making snowballs... my roomie found this out the hard way. ;o)

chocolate (my lovable mutt) didn't know what to do with himself. last time it snowed up here it was just a little bit... kind of an exaggerated frost. but this time, your shoes actually sink into it. this time you can actually see the snowflakes - little bits of heaven falling from the sky. awww. ;o) there's nothing cuter than watching a dog explore snow for the first time!

soooo... i'm hoping the snow is still there in the morning; i'd like to get some pictures. the roomie did get a picture of me trying to catch snowflakes on my tongue, but it's kind of dark so i'll see if i can get a better one before sharing. i'm so lucky to have a pretty snow covered tree right outside my window. :o)

oh, and before i forget - i made it to the space needle monday! oh yeah! yes, the ticket was expensive ($12.50 a pop! whoosh.)... buuuuuut, i think it was totally worth it. i'd been waiting for the perfect day... cloudless blue skies... to go, and monday couldn't have been better. i could see everything... my neighborhood, downtown seattle, cap hill, bellevue, redmond, bainbrige island, mt. rainer, the cascades and the olympics... it was amazing. :o) if you get the chance to check it out, i highly recommend it.

the plan today is to chill at the house for a bit, and then head downtown to bring in the new year by watching fireworks at the space needle. i think there might be some drinking somewhere in there too, cause it's cold outside. hee. ;o) but don't worry, i'm totally taking a cab!
