i did some kind of power workout today for an hour, and it was grrrr-eat! rob and i joined a new gym, and it's SO COOL! it has two levels and there's so much to do! after i build a little strength up, i'm going to attempt one of the kick boxing classes they offer. i'll probably need to be carried out on a stretcher, but it should be fun nonetheless! so yeah. new workout routine = six days a week; two hours a day for five days, and one hour for one day. ... and this is supposed to give me more energy?! ha! *g* any thoughts?
