rob and i studied all damn weekend for our bio midterm, and still, neither of us feel that we aced it. *sigh*

not one person in class can stand the teacher. she's a meeeeean lady. prime example - after everyone, including myself, had turned in their tests, i went up to ask her about one of the questions.

says i, ``in question 49, regarding biotechnology and dna splicing as used in instances requiring human insulin, were you looking for an answer along the lines of codons?``

says she, ``if you don't know the answer now you never will.``

ummmmm... 'cuse me? did i miss something?

it's like she strives to make you feel stupid.

anyway, yeah, she was looking for that answer (as i found out later from my bio lab teacher). so at least i got one right. but don't you think as a teacher, she has someone kind of obligation to at least answer the question i asked her? it's not like i was sitting there with my pencil in one hand, test paper in the other, asking her for the damn answers. grrrr.

anyway.

tonight, we study for our poli sci mid-term. i have a feeling we'll feel better about the results with this one. and thank the heavens, our poli sci teacher actually... now get this... TEACHES! i know, it's amazing. nothing short of a miracle. a teacher who teaches. so if i have any questions after the test, at least with this guy i'll get them answered.

and yeah. i also have to write two english papers and the outline for a third tonight. not to mention, write reviews for four articles, and oh yeah, it probably wouldn't hurt if i studied for my health test, too.

... i won't be sorry when this semester is over.

any thoughts? (0)
