like a dumbass i forgot to set my alarm clock back, so i woke up an hour earlier than intended. oy.

but i guess it all worked out for the best. because i was up, i was able to answer a phone call from a friend, which in turn meant she came over. and that was cool cause i hadn't seen her in like, two months.

after a nice visit with said friend, i went to work. i only have one class on sunday (until next week, at least), and my sunday class ROCKS! i love them all so much. they're like little bits of sunshine. each one of them. all happy to see me, and so complimentary. with such wonderful doggies.

i love my job. love love love it! :o)

and things at home are good. interviewed a new potential roomie today. he's french. and doesn't really speak english. and had never seen a dog in person before. and is super touchy-feely (with me AND the guys) when he talks. ... it was a really interesting hour, that's for damn sure. *g* really awesome guy, but i just don't think he'd work out here. so i guess that means 1) i have to think of a nice way to tell him no without causing him to hate americans, and 2) i'm still looking.

in other news, i have a new class (for school) starting tomorrow. poli sci 102. rob got in, but i'm on the waiting list. so hopefully i'll be able to get in too, cause i don't wanna have to wait around two hours every monday and wednesday. i also hope i get in, because it will knock out a required course, and that would mean that i only have one more semester to go until i transfer! woo! so, i'm crossing my fingers.

and... i need to go buy candy for the trick-or-treaters that are sure to be coming by thursday. i think i'll go do that now.
